Hi Andrew,
I have now tried everything suggested on this forum on both laptops to no avail. After installing CMD v2.12.00 WHQL I see USB serial converter A and B, but when I connect the SA44B they disappear. Yes I am running as administrator. I also have no advance option for ULSB serial converter A and B.
Any other ideas?
