SPIKE don`t working correctly

After a windows update, I lost a serie of USB devices included the SA and TG. I did a lot of attempt to solve the problems. Because my restore function was also inop, I was forced to recover the windows. After the windows recover I reload the drivers and SPIKE, I had a serie of problems with the reconize of the SA and TG, but solved this. Now my SA is reconized and connecte to SPIKE, but it don`t work correctly as you can see in the picture atached. Under default starting,It sweep, (in the picture is around half sweep) but with full disply color and not a trace. If I lower the span to a few KHz apears a serial of vertical traces (second photo). It seems some problem with the calibration files, that was lost in the recovery operation. I finded the cal files in “windows old” and put them inside of signal hound directory (c:windows/program/signal hound) but nothing changed. I do something wrong! Can you help me? thanks in advance.

Problem solved after I reinstalled the cal file in the hiden directory, according to instructions given by SH support! Thanks Roger!
