Spike Intermod Distortion Improvements

I think it would be valuable to support higher odd order intercepts under your Intermod Distortion feature which other tools limit to just 3rd order. Calculations are simple for odd orders using the same two input tones. I can do this now with the Peak Table feature but it requires a bunch of simple calculations in a spreadsheet. I would like to see 5F1-4F2, 4F1-3F2, 3F1-2F2, 3F2-2F1, 4F2-3F1, and 5F2-4F1 intermods added to the Intermod Distortion table along with the nth order intercept point.

The intercept points are: IPn = Tone Amplitude (dBm) + Delta Amplitude (dBc) / (Order – 1)
