    I am doing a duplexer Sinclair Q2330E measurement.
    I short-circuit the measuring cables and push the “Store Thru” button.
    This operation is shown in the picture test1.png
    I’m connecting a duplexer.
    This operation is shown in the picture test2.png
    Why is the measurement over 0dB? Marker 3 shows gain ??

    What am I doing wrong ?

    It looks like some strong VSWR effects. I would throw a 6 or 10 dB attenuator on the SA and TG and repeat the test. If this does not solve the problem, I would try different cables.

    Thank you for your response. I did as you suggested.
    I connected the 6dB attenuator Anritsu to the TG and the 10dB attenuator to the SA and calibrated.

    Now works correctly!
