    I just installed the upgrade, and it seem to solve the issues I had.
    I’m going to make more test and let you know.

    Hello Andrew,

    Thanks for your reply, here you have the info you requested:
    SA124A S/N 20260141 firmware version 3.02
    I tried Spike version 3.0.12 and 3.0.13, unfortunately no luck at all.
    I’m actually using win7 64b on my desktop and laptop, I’ll try to find another computer with different version of windows and try.
